Because many of our products are made-to-order, minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

3. Personalization & Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct spelling, names, numbers, and customization details
  • Reviewing all order details before submitting

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Orders will be produced exactly as entered.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed on our website and may vary based on demand.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or delayed packages once in transit
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

  • Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Non-personalized items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, graphics, text, and images—is the property of EmZee Designs and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays in shipping
  • Sizing or fit issues

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

15. Bulk & Team Orders

For large, bulk, or team orders (typically 10 or more items), the following terms apply:

Order Approval & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins, including:

  • Sizes and quantities
  • Names, numbers, and personalization details
  • Design placement and selections

Once a bulk or team order is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Production Timelines
Bulk and team orders may require extended processing times beyond our standard production window. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order, but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late submission of order details
  • Changes requested after approval
  • High seasonal demand or carrier delays

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of bulk and team orders:

  • All personalized bulk orders are final sale
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues or customer-provided errors

If there is a defect or error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Split Shipments
Bulk orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on size and availability. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
