Return & Exchange Policy

Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at molly@emzeedesigns.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
